Thursday, 13 August at 7 pm

On the tour, we take a contemporary look at a selection of the Glyptotek's ancient sculptures and their stories. We delve into the interesting – and often ambiguous – gender roles and sexual orientations that characterized many of the mythological figures of antiquity. And you can learn more about how ‘gender’ and ‘sexuality’ was explored by both gods and mortals in antiquity.
The Glyptotek’s rooftop terrace bar is open weather permitting, so after the tour you can enjoy a drink overlooking the city’s rooftops.
